Has experience in a similar or related position with Account manager jobs remote
Has good analytical skills
English and Portuguese – not lower than B2
Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian will be a plus
Able to work with clients, finds an individual approach
Able to quickly find answers to any questions within the team
Quickly adapts to changes
Able to work effectively with large amounts of information
Can work with spreadsheets
Not afraid of routine work
Able to quickly learn new programs

DUTIES:

track the games availability on casinos web pages after new launch
track if games icons have appropriate look by size, quality and in accordance to the game
contact clients on purpose to turn on the games , correct what’s improper, fix mistakes etc.
check if games are working in real money mode ( in collaboration with QA)
deliver to the clients various notifications regarded to upcoming releases, live games, marketing tools, tournaments, tech maintenance, etc via different channels;
track the flow of game releases according to the game releases calendar and support team on delivering info to each other (main here is to help to move the process from one team mate to another);
before the release to check and assist on competition of full package of materials of the new game ( eg., presentation, assets, icons, math data in xls doc , demo link)
track the chats and assist account managers on meeting clients requests
create tickets for tech team within the confines established by AM ( certain basic topics which repeat on a daily basis)
maintain and fulfill reports and all connected documentation
