Responsibilities – Jobs Hotel:
- Attendance and reception of guests at check-in, check-out or in routine requests to the counter / telephone following hotel standards;
- Register guests, verify reservations and information in the computer system;
- Guarantee the loyalty of guests through a professional and proactive attitude, always seeking to anticipate and exceed the needs and expectations of the guests;
- Ensure proper management and maintenance of individual cash funds;
- Complaint Management;
- Sale and promotion of Hotel services.
Requirements:
- Preferably a degree in hotel management or similar, although it is not an eliminatory factor
- Good knowledge of English and other languages;
- High Team Spirit;
- Hourly availability.
- Age between 18 and 40 years.

FLOORS MAID (F) – Jobs Hotel
Responsibilities:
- Collect dirty clothes and garbage from bedrooms;
- Distribute the necessary amenities and materials;
- Clean common areas of the hotel;
- Clean bathrooms;
- Make the beds;
