Responsibilities – Jobs Hotel:

  • Attendance and reception of guests at check-in, check-out or in routine requests to the counter / telephone following hotel standards;
  • Register guests, verify reservations and information in the computer system;
  • Guarantee the loyalty of guests through a professional and proactive attitude, always seeking to anticipate and exceed the needs and expectations of the guests;
  • Ensure proper management and maintenance of individual cash funds;
  • Complaint Management;
  • Sale and promotion of Hotel services.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a degree in hotel management or similar, although it is not an eliminatory factor
  • Good knowledge of English and other languages;
  • High Team Spirit;
  • Hourly availability.
  • Age between 18 and 40 years.

  • Collect dirty clothes and garbage from bedrooms;
