JOIN OUR FAMILY and work at a surf camp in Portugal! We have surfing jobs, every season we are looking for energetic and motivated people who help us deliver outstanding customer experience.
Camp Manager – Surfing jobs
Requirements: high level of English; Available for at least 3 months; Open, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude; Driver license; Able to demonstrate leadership and team work; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Eye for detail; Experienced computer user (Excel, Word, google drive); those with experience in leading teams will have an advantage in selection process;
Tasks: Welcoming guests and Informing them about surf lessons, trips, dinners and other activities according to the schedule; Daily and weekly panning; Check in/check out; Help with dinners and breakfast; Social media; Stock management, etc.
Working hours: 6 days a week / around 8 hours a day
What we offer: Accommodation in the surf house; Occasional participation in surf lessons; Free use of surf equipment; Salary (depending on experience); Breakfast and dinner (2 to 3 times a week); Participation in sight-seeing trips; Experience of a lifetime; You will acquire professional on the job skills
