Responsibilities
- Handling booking requests from our clients via, email, or our online platform.
- Providing information about accommodation and golf product and availability.
- Assisting with ancillary golf arrangements
- Managing cancellations and modifications to reservations

- Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborating with all suppliers reservation and operational departments to ensure smooth operation of the reservations.
