You will speak at least English and one other foreign language either French, Spanish or Italian. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Very good language skills in at least one these languages: Spanish, French or Italian (crucial);
- Previous experience as a Back-Office Assistant, Office Assistant, Virtual Assistant or in another relevant administrative role;
- Experience working with back-office computer systems and confidence in the use of MS Office;
- Practical knowledge of office equipment;
- Solid knowledge of office management processes.
- Flexibility and open-mindedness towards new tasks;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
What You Will Do – jobs for immigrants in Portugal:
- Supporting office operations;
- Processing of incoming customer enquiries;
- Preparation of offers and direct clarification in written or oral form with the customer;
- Preparation of offers and their follow-up according to the team leader’s specifications;
