Working as a Legal Advisor for an airline involves navigating the complex interplay of international and domestic laws governing aviation. Airline Legal Advisors are key to ensuring that their company adheres to all applicable regulations set by aviation authorities like the FAA or EASA, as well as international bodies such as ICAO.
They deal with a range of legal issues including regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, negotiating contracts related to aircraft leasing and procurement, and handling litigation and liability claims.
This role requires a deep understanding of aviation-specific laws, such as those relating to air traffic rights, safety regulations, and environmental laws. Additionally, airline legal advisors must be adept in general corporate law, labor law, and international treaty law, as these areas frequently intersect with aviation.
Law worker in this sector often work closely with other departments to manage risks and ensure operational compliance. They might also represent the airline in legal proceedings, negotiate with unions, and oversee transactions that involve substantial financial investments.

Responsibilities
- Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
- Make sure transportation operators are treating all passengers fairly and according to their rights. Get to know the unique situations of our customers, handle their legal claims, and keep track of their progress. Work closely with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to thoroughly understand the basis of each customer’s claims.

- Handle purchasing documents, reports, and price lists. Also, keep detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries
Law Worker – Your Profile:
- Fluent in German language
- Working proficiency in English (B2)
- Excellent communication skillst.
- Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre is preferential.
- Previous experience in Customer Service/Support or a tourism/travel representative is a plus.
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
