Founded by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin, the brand shook up the hospitality world with a daring ‘urban refuge‘ concept in 2008, starting with its first, in Paris’ off-beat 20th district.
Mama’ quickly became synonymous with generosity, nurturing hospitality and just a sprinkling of cheekiness. Since then, she has extended her embrace across three continents, nine countries and fourteen cities, with more openings in the pipeline.
